• Beautiful reception options: Under oak trees - On terrace - White tent for backup   
• Beautiful bridal suite for bride & attendants for dressing.  
• Parlor is open to groom & grooms men to lounge in before ceremony. Available restroom for dressing.

• Dance floor at additional cost. Driveway or terrace can be used for dance floor at no cost.  
• We also rent linens, color table overlays, skirting and more.Vendor list included with signed contract.The vendor list includes photography,DJ,harp,violin,and ceremony officiant.
